The user has the right to access their personal data, rectify inaccurate data or request their deletion when the data are no longer necessary. On certain occasions, the interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only store them for the exercise or the defence of claims. The user can exercise their rights, and must address their request in writing, identifying themself sufficiently, to the email rosamolina@innoceana.org.They also have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time and to submit whatever claim they deem appropriate to the Control Authority.
